Our Commitment We want you to love every magical item you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly different from the description

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at syd-knee@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We'll review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we'll work with our supplier to resolve it.
